How it works

Up and running in 3 steps

Works with any Google Form. No coding required.

Install the add-on

Install from the Google Workspace Marketplace with one click. Open your Google Form and launch it from the Extensions menu.

Paste your webhook URL

Create a webhook in your Discord channel and paste its URL into the add-on. Save it and send a test message in one click.

Toggle on and done

Turn alerts on. Every new form response is posted to your Discord channel with all the answers.

What NotifyForm does with your Google data

Your form responses: read when a response is submitted and sent to the Discord webhook you entered. We do not store them.
Your Google account email address: used to show which account is signed in and to check whether that account has a Pro plan.
Your settings: the webhook URL and monthly alert count are saved inside your own Google account.
